Paul D'Andrea, founder and president of Watch Hill Partnership, has a proven track record of creating profitable growth. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop analytically based strategies and then lead teams and organizations in the successful execution of those strategies. He has a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering aggressive results.
Paul's experience is grounded in consumer packaged goods (with Clairol, Nestle Foods and Fujifilm) and direct response (with Doubleday, Mystic Color Lab and Myron Corp). His strategic planning skills were refined during three years of consulting with Marketing Corporation of America. He has held senior sales, marketing and general management positions in both public and privately owned business-to-business firms representing a diverse cross section of industries.
Paul's experience includes:
- Growth-focused planning, including long term strategic plans, as well as practical, actionable marketing, sales and annual operating plans
- Utilizing direct response channels to reach the elusive, but very lucrative, small business market
- Identifying and realizing organic growth opportunities via product innovation, adding new marketing and sales channels, expanding geographic markets and building strategic partnerships
- Sales leadership, with deep experience in outbound telesales and effective call center operations
- Marketing and promotion expertise resulting in programs that drive incremental sales and profits while building the brand

Paul has a B.A in English and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fordham University.
